1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering for, or using the phl33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create a phl33 account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on the Platform. phl33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds, including deposits and winnings, will be forfeited.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law, regulation, or court order from accessing online gaming services.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The phl33 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users attempting to access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are strictly forbidden from creating accounts or placing bets. phl33 employs geo-location technology to verify user locations and may block access from restricted territories.

2.4 Self-Exclusion and Problem Gambling

If you have previously self-excluded from phl33 or any other online gaming platform, or if you have been diagnosed with a gambling problem, you are prohibited from using the phl33 Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program and that you do not suffer from gambling addiction.

2.5 Verification Requirements

phl33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or National ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank card photo, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie holding identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the phl33 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and will be closed without notice. Any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must not:

• Use a false name or identity
• Provide false contact details, including email address or phone number
• Register using someone else's information or payment methods
• Create accounts on behalf of third parties

3.3 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify phl33 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phl33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 Account Activity Monitoring

phl33 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.

4. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

4.1 Deposits

phl33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days
• phl33 does not charge deposit fees, but payment providers may impose their own processing charges

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by phl33
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) documentation
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: ₱100,000 (higher limits available for VIP accounts)
• Withdrawal processing time: 24-72 hours for standard accounts, faster for VIP accounts
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. This is an industry-standard anti-money laundering measure. Deposits claimed with bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the bonus terms (see Section 5).

4.4 Currency

The phl33 Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees may apply.

4.5 Fees and Charges

phl33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose transaction fees. These fees are the responsibility of the User and are not refundable.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ₱200 or 5% of the account balance, whichever is less. phl33 will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees.

5. BONUSES, PROMOTIONS, AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by phl33 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• phl33 reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses at its sole discretion
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2.1 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Live dealer games: 10% contribution
• Video poker: 5% contribution

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ₱100. Bets exceeding this amount will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus funds. Only your original deposit amount will be available for withdrawal.

5.5 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses expire thirty (30) days after being credited to your account unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account.

5.6 VIP and Loyalty Programs

phl33 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program based on cumulative wagering activity. VIP benefits include cashback rewards, faster withdrawals, higher deposit limits, exclusive bonuses, and personal account management. VIP status is granted at phl33's discretion and may be revoked if account activity falls below required thresholds or if terms are violated.

6. GAMING RULES AND FAIR PLAY

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the phl33 Platform utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. phl33 does not manipulate game results and does not have the ability to influence individual outcomes.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the phl33 Platform has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules can be accessed by clicking the information icon within each game.

6.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, internet disconnection, or software error during gameplay:

• Unfinished game rounds will be automatically completed according to the game provider's rules
• If a game round cannot be completed, the bet will be refunded to your account
• phl33 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control
• In cases of disputed results, the game provider's server-side logs are considered the final authority

6.4 Betting Limits

phl33 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum betting limits on any game at any time. Limits may vary based on game type, account status, and other factors.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Collusion with other players or coordination of betting patterns
• Card counting, edge sorting, or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple accounts or platforms
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial transactions

7. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the phl33 Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit any advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unsolicited communication
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate phl33, a phl33 employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform

7.2 Communication Standards

When using chat functions or communicating with phl33 support staff, you agree to:

• Treat all users and staff with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks
• Not share personal information (your own or others') in public chat
• Not advertise other gaming sites or services

Violation of communication standards may result in chat restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

7.3 Account Sharing

You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow others to use your account. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Platform Content

All content on the phl33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of phl33 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

phl33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Platform or Content
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform or Content
• Use the Platform or Content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party

8.3 Trademarks

The phl33 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phl33. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phl33. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

9.1 Service "As Is"

THE PHL33 PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHL33 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHL33'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9.4 Force Majeure

phl33 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your phl33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to game rules
• Any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and bonus forfeitures
• You will forfeit any active bonuses, loyalty points, and VIP status
• You may not create a new account for at least six (6) months after voluntary closure

10.2 Termination by phl33

phl33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious account activity
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with payment providers
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

10.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account by phl33 for breach of these Terms:

• Your account balance, including any winnings, may be forfeited
• You will be prohibited from creating new accounts on the phl33 Platform
• Any pending withdrawals may be cancelled
• phl33 may report the termination to relevant gaming authorities and share information with other gaming operators

10.4 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the phl33 Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months). During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or access the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and cannot be lifted before the expiration of the chosen period. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations shall apply to all gaming activities conducted on the phl33 Platform.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

All disputes must first be submitted to phl33 customer support via email at [email protected]. Provide a detailed description of the dispute, including your account information, relevant dates, transaction IDs, and supporting documentation. phl33 will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days.

Step 2: Escalation to Compliance Team

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Team at [email protected]. The Compliance Team will conduct a thorough review and provide a formal response within fourteen (14) business days.

Step 3: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If the dispute remains unresolved after completing Steps 1 and 2, both parties agree to attempt resolution through an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service recognized by PAGCOR before pursuing legal action.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process outlined above shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

11.5 Time Limitation

Any dispute or claim arising from your use of the phl33 Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Failure to file within this time period will result in permanent waiver of the claim.

ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, DEPOSITING FUNDS, OR USING THE PHL33 PLATFORM IN ANY WAY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• You are at least 21 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2
• You are not prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities
• You understand the risks associated with gambling and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy
• You consent to phl33's use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• You agree to the dispute resolution procedures and limitations of liability outlined in these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phl33 Platform and contact customer support to close your account.
